Booking is for exclusive use self catering hire of the whole property. Weekend hire is for either 2 or 3 nights, 2 nights rentals are from 4pm Friday to 1pm Sunday, 3 nights to 10am Monday. Sorry no dogs.

Prices are for up to 30 people and are fully inclusive of utilities, bed linen and end of stay cleaning. If you'd like towels to be supplied there is a charge of £5 per person. If you wish to use any of the additional beds there is a charge of £50 per bed.

A deposit of 30% is payable to confirm a booking, with the balance payable 12 weeks before the arrival date. Please note that booking is with the group organiser and payment is to be made by that person only.

A damages deposit of £200 is payable in advance by cash or cheque or bank transfer. This will be returned within a week of departure if everything is in order (fair wear and tear and minor breakages allowed).

Please note we do no accept dogs or stag groups.
